To put it bluntly,
> Accomodation for 3 days
> Meals cooked by private chef onsite. (3 meals per day, and snacks)> Self care kit including electrolytes, mouth tape and sleep sticks
> Provide the weighted vest
> Staff and guest facilitators. -
Shared rooms, or single beds. You are assigned to a room unless requested otherwise.
How we do this is based off client profiling. -

This creates disruption not only for the team, but for other women who were ready to fully commit.So here’s where we stand.
If you choose to purchase, withdrawal requests are reviewed case by case however, please understand the following before you invest:
If you’re not genuinely ready to change, this is not the space for you.
This program requires commitment, responsibility, and follow-through.Retreat spots are not flexible placeholders.
You cannot “swap dates” or move your spot because something else comes up. Your decision to commit should factor this in.Changing your mind or realising you’re not financially prepared months later does not entitle you to a full refund.
Once your spot is secured, significant resources, planning, and energy are allocated.
We run these programs with integrity, intention, and high standards and we expect the same from the women who attend.
