This is not a wellness retreat, woo girl hype event. The Dangerous Woman Day Event is a 6-hour, in-person experience designed to help you:

  • Break out of survival mode

  • Let go of the version of you who’s stuck, quiet, and burnt out

  • Step into your power, your body, and your voice—loudly


Through movement, emotion, deep reflection, and raw conversation—
you’ll reconnect with the strongest, boldest, most unapologetic version of yourself.


This isn’t about journaling your way into confidence.
It’s about facing the parts of you that is tired of pretending.
And walking out different.

  • ➡️ You feel strong on paper successful, articulate, capable. But your body’s tired, your energy is off, and your mind won’t shut up.

  • ⚠️ The boxing will reveal how little you push in life and WHY you play so small, it is an intense / vulnerable practice that will reveal all of your blindspots, but also crack your heart open.


    ⚠️ The unorthodox dancing & boxing practices will force to be YOU. No fkn social media facade, no mask you love wearing, no more pretending to be something your not - you’ll experience the realest version of you.

    ⚠️ The uniqueness in the practices will allow you to finally drop your ego, you’ll be in a room of people who want the same thing, to do and be better. Which means egos get left at home.

WHY THE DANGEROUS WOMEN WAS CREATED…

Because women are burnt out from trying to talk their way into confidence, because reading self-help books, doing journaling prompts, and listening to healing podcasts hasn't been enough to shift their identitybecause the body is still stuck in fear, shame, guilt, comparison, and people-pleasing.

Because most events let’s be honest, no offence are safe, fluffy, and curated to keep women comfortable, (and keep paying the facilitator)—not challenge them to change.

We don’t do that here.

We created Dangerous Woman Day for the woman who:

  • Trains hard but still feels like she’s not enough.

  • Knows her potential, but constantly self-sabotages it.

  • Looks like she has it together, but feels overwhelmed behind closed doors.

  • Is stuck between being too much and not enough.

This day isn’t a “nice day out.” It’s an experience designed to make you uncomfortable in all the right ways, so you can finally stop outsourcing your power and actually meet the version of yourself who’s been buried under all the bullshit.

What people are saying about making the big investment ⬇️

    You do NOT need to be at a certain fitness level - The boxing element will challenge you from a physical fitness standpoint yes, but that's not the idea.

    The idea is you SEE / RELEASE your own limitations and LEARN how to move through them versus being a victim to them.

    You may or may not like it - no one is going to beg for you to be "in the room" & you are CONTRIBUTING to your "not good enough’ness" by continuing to let it dictate your life. When will you take responsibility for that?

    Run towards the fear, not AWAY from it.

    Because how is running away working out for you? oh.. it's not. thought so.

    Catch the train, (there is a train station at SYD airport)
    Uber or hire a car and head down to Wollongong.

    If you get an airbnb, stay IN Wollongong.

    Tottos is the most common hotel.

    Wollongong is a beautiful city if you wanted to make a little holiday out of it and explore our beautiful beaches, cafes etc.

    Wollongong is roughly 1 hr 30 from Sydney airport.
