You do NOT need to be at a certain fitness level - The boxing element will challenge you from a physical fitness standpoint yes, but that's not the idea.The idea is you SEE / RELEASE your own limitations and LEARN how to move through them versus being a victim to them.

If you get an airbnb, stay IN Wollongong. Tottos is the most common hotel.
Wollongong is a beautiful city if you wanted to make a little holiday out of it and explore our beautiful beaches, cafes etc.
Wollongong is roughly 1 hr 30 from Sydney airport.
