PAYMENT POLICY: By purchasing from Dijana Djukic Coaching PTY LTD you are agreeing to pay the full amount owed in AUD (inclusive of GST).

If you are using a payment plan you are obligated to pay as agreed, on the dates agreed and in full, regardless of how you utilise The Container or if you choose to not participate in The Container.

All deposits are non refundable.

All containers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, regardless of how you utilise it, if your circumstances change or even if you choose to not participate. 

All payments come out one month after purchase, on the exact date of purchase. It is your responsibility to make note of this date, and ensure money is available in the account. Payment dates cannot be changed or moved once purchased. 

All payments paid in full must still honour this payment policy.

It is your responsibility to also make note of all dates that have payments coming out. If you have committed to multiple payment plans, then you have committed to multiple dates. These dates cannot be changed or moved once purchased.

If payments are late or not fulfilled you will be removed from the container until payments are back in good standing and fulfilled.

If you need your payment plan paused, changed or bundled you will incur a $20.99 admin fee per container requiring administration. These changes will not happen until the admin fee has been paid.

PAYMENT POLICY

Dijana agrees to provide the following services fit; Shadow Work, Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness, Aaruka healing, NLP techniques and Hypnosis/Energy Work.

Dijana will provide resources for the client such as recommendations, PDF's, Worksheets, Homework and external links. Dijana will be available via Voxer, Email and other social media outlets. Dijana will respond to all said contacts within 48hrs on business days and 72hrs on weekends/public holidays.

PAYMENT POLICY: By agreeing to these T&CS, you are agreeing to be up to date with payments if you are on a payment plan. Payments need to be made PRIOR to the session on your own accord. Please allow 2-4 business days so that the payment clears in time.

By agreeing to these T&CS, I acknowledge that I am committing to the full payment of what was agreed with DIJANA DJUKIC.

JOURNEY AGREEMENTS: By investing in these programs, you understand that Dijana will provide you with tools, guidance, knowledge, coaching and support, however, ultimately you are responsible to create the change/results you want in your life, relationships and/or business.

RESPONSIBILITY & OWNERSHIP: By agreeing to these T&CS you are agreeing that Dijana is not responsible for your results. You accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results. We do not offer any professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice. This journey is about you taking control, having radical honesty and ownership and choosing to fully step into your higher self.

PRIVACY: Dijana will not disclose the Client's name linked with information about the Client without written consent or agreed upon in some nature.

By signing this contract, you are agreeing that you will not provide Dijanas personal details understand that is a breach of contract and privacy if you do.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All coaching processes, language, spreadsheets and materials that are provided to you during the course of this program are Dijana’s Intellectual Property. You are NOT allowed to duplicate, share, reproduce, display or publish anything she shares in any way without written permission by DIJANA DJUKIC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify Dijana 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings if they need to cancel or reschedule their session. Dijana will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting within that week.

NOTES POLICY: The Client acknowledges that Dijana will take notes during sessions to be able to reflect post-session and build more of an understanding of where the client is at and how to best support the client moving forward.
