Hi I’m Dijana,
I didn’t build this brand from confidence, I built it from collapse.
There was a time I had depression, PTSD, chronic fatigue, binge eating, binge spending, and zero self worth.
I was the girl chasing “self love” while slowly self destructing.
I got trapped in the soft culture of “listen to your body” when what I actually needed was to rebuild my discipline.
But pain became my teacher.
And I became obsessed with understanding the human body, how emotion, nutrition, movement, and mindset are all connected.
Now I’m a Qualified Aaruka Therapist, Functional Nutrition & Medicine Practitioner, and Personal Trainer, mentored by Iron Men, Pro Athletes, and Millionaires. I’ve spent the last decade helping women bridge the gap between science and self respect between healing and high performance.
I teach women how to stop outsourcing their strength.
To stop mistaking comfort for healing.
To stop living half alive under the illusion of “balance.”
