TIMEFRAME: This container is a 12 month commitment and consists Dijanas DB ONLINE Group Programs & Online Masterclass. You will have access to the resources and recordings within the SKOOL for the duration of your container. You will not be able to join the Groups until this agreement has been signed. If you decide to break this commitment early and leave the container, you will lose immediate access to SKOOL and PROGRAMS, and you forfeit your access. After the 12 months or your container ends, you are required to resign a contract, and resign a new payment plan at that pricing. PAYMENT POLICY: By signing this contract you are agreeing to pay the full amount of AUD (inclusive of GST). If you are using a payment plan you are obligated to pay as agreed, on the dates agreed and in full, regardless of how you utilise the DB container or if you choose to not participate in programs. This container is non-refundable, non exchangeable and non transferable, regardless of how you utilise it or if you choose to not participate in the programs or masterclass'. If payments are late or not fulfilled you will be removed from the container until payments are back in good standing and fulfilled. If you need your payment plan paused or changed you will incur a $20.99 admin fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: Commitment to the 12-month membership is expected, however, exceptions may be granted for extreme circumstances upon individual review, with a minimum notice period of 2 months.

CONTAINER AGREEMENTS: By investing in this container you understand that Dijana will provide you with tools, templates, guidance, knowledge, processes and support, however, ultimately YOU are responsible to create the change/results you want in your life, relationships and/or business. You understand that the DB model and its offerings may change, pivot and adapt to Dijana’s business and it’s needs. DISCLAIMER: By signing this agreement you are agreeing that Dijana and DIJANA DJUKIC COACHING PTY LTD is not responsible for your results, including but not limited to the results. You accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results. DIJANA DJUKIC COACHING PTY LTD does not offer any professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice. PRIVACY: By signing this contract, you are agreeing that you will not provide Dijana's personal information, WhatsApp number or Telegram/Voxer to anyone and understand that is a breach of the contract and privacy if you do. You also agree to protect the privacy of the other group members by not sharing their personal information or Skool/Telegram with anyone and understand that is a breach of the contract and privacy if you do. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All coaching processes, language, spreadsheets and materials that are provided to you during the course of this container are Dijana Djukic's Intellectual Property. You are NOT allowed to duplicate, share, reproduce, display or publish anything she shares in any way without written permission by DIJANA DJUKIC. Any training, concepts or framework provided to you within a paid container is to be integrated into your business and is not to be distributed, duplicated, repurposed or copied into the content of your own. This is respecting your investment, Dijana's intellectual property and other clients who invest in a private container with Dijana. CONFIDENTIALITY: You agree that what each member shares (ideas, concepts, work) is their Intellectual Property so you are not allowed to duplicate, share, reproduce, display or publish anything anyone shares in any way without that person's written permission. You agree that what each member shares within GROUP CONTAINERS is to stay in the container. You agree that what they share is not yours to share with anyone outside of the container. This agreement continues to stand when the containers close. TERMINATION We may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if: • you do not pay the Fees by the Payment Dates; • you fail to provide the Client Information or other information within a reasonable time of o request; • you otherwise breach any obligation under the Agreement and or GUIDELINES; • we consider that mutual trust or confidence no longer exists; or • we determine that we are no longer able to perform the Services for any reason.
